The shape a page takes when nobody asks what it needs to say. One signal is not a verdict. The score is the whole weighted set, not any single line of it.
How it is weighted
12 points is mid-weight: real evidence, not a smoking gun. On its own it moves the number a few points.
What to do about it
Delete the sections that have nothing to put in them. A page with a hero, one honest proof section and a way to get in touch beats nine sections of filler.
